Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our services. If you're not satisfied with your Starter Session, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your session date.

Starter Session Refunds

For the $25 Starter Session:

  • Full refund available if requested within 7 days of your scheduled session date
  • If you cancel more than 48 hours before your session, you may reschedule or receive a full refund
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before your session, you may reschedule but no refund will be issued
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds

4-Week Program Refunds

For the 4-Week Coaching Program:

  • Full refund available if requested within 7 days of program start date (before Week 1 session)
  • After Week 1 session, refunds are prorated based on remaining sessions
  • After Week 2 session, no refunds are available
  • All refund requests must be made in writing

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your name and email address
  • Date of purchase or session
  • Reason for refund request

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We'll work with you to find a new time that works.
